• Your legal fees up to £600 + VAT which will cover all normal situations
• RICS valuation fee when required
• Energy Performance Certificate fee

You pay

• Nothing for legal fees unless there is something complicated and if fees are going to be more than £600 + VAT the Solicitor will tell you.
• Nothing for our fees unless you cancel the Agency Agreement (take the property off the market) in which case an administration fee of £100 + VAT plus advertising costs will be due up to a maximum of £450 + VAT

Do not confuse us with firms that take an option to purchase for 90 days then fail to sell on and just leave you worse off than before.
