We will agree with you the target sale price for your home and send you an Agency Agreement which must be completed and signed before we can offer your property for sale.
Then
Property details will be prepared to be uploaded onto our own websites and Rightmove, Zoopla, FindaProperty and PrimeLocation. Private sellers cannot use Rightmove
Your property details will be sent to buyers registered with us who have funds available to buy property quickly.
And Then
Your property will be offered on the open market at the discounted price agreed.
A “For Sale” sign will be provided for erection at your property with our telephone number.
We contact you when viewings have been arranged and all you have to do is show people around the property, we negotiate the sale price with the buyer.
When a sale is agreed we will instruct Solicitors, you can use your own solicitor or one of ours.
You do not have to pay any Solicitors fees or our fees, unless you withdraw from the sale in which case you will be liable for our costs not fees.
